Krav Maga- Self Protection on the Buses this Sunday

Just a reminder that this sunday 30th September will be another Krav on the Buses Seminar with Stewart McGill.

For all those attending please ensure you are there promptly- we are due to start at 10:30 and aim to finish 14:30

Krav Maga Tunbridge Wells Classes Back this Week, 5 Ashes as normal!

Just a reminder that we are fully back to normal and T Wells class will be on from 19:00 to 21:00.
Classes this week will cover knife threats to abdomen, and also to the throat when your are backed up against the wall, with solutions for dealing with more than one attacker from these positions, plus a pre-emptive use of a knockout slap, Anderson Silva rhino combatative and rhino against clothing grab and attempted punch.
