Classes at The Gym Tunbridge Wells from 1st of May

Just a reminder that we have our new classes starting at Kent's premier fitness location The Gym (www.the-gym.co) from 18:00 to 19:30. Space is limited and we are nearly full with prebookings so if you intend to come down please clear it with me first. Parking is available close by but please factor in parking time to getting there promptly, you will not be just able to pull up outside. If you have not trained with us before and the class has started you will not be able to join in until there is a convenient brak and I can provide a safety briefing- so please try to be there on time.

Tunbridge Well Class cancelled for 5th April

Have had lots of drop outs for tonight with illnesses and holidays etc- thank you to everyone for letting me know. We are down by about 12 people so I am going to have to cancel tonight as only have 1 confirmed attending.
