Don't forget new class on Wednesdays to replace the TWells Thursday class.

You need to be there on or before the start of class at 19:00 as this is a secure site and I can not guarantee entry after this time.

UKM defence against the top 10 attacks
Second edition of this book should be available to buy on Amazon or from me in classes from next week.

Techniques this week and Easter
Look forward to seeing you all at Krav tonight and tomorrow.
We will be looking at some bear hugs/grabs from the rear and various options to escape including take downs and knee bars (as well as the funky chicken!), defence against multiple punches, service till/low rear knife threat, knife to the throat from rear (under arm) .
Also can you email me/let me know tonight please your attendance over the Easter period i.e. 3&4th & 10th&11th so I can ensure we have numbers as if everyone going away/other commitments I will take a break myself!.

Krav cancelled 7th March Tunbridge Wells
Ok its official I am a wimp- going to have to cancel tonight chaps- 7th March, randomly losing my balance and dizzy spells not ideal for fighting.

KRAV cancelled tonight 6th March at 5 Ashes
KRAV cancelled tonight 6th March at 5 Ashes. Sorry chaps but illness has struck the O'Neil household.
We will be back to normal for tomorrow I am sure so T Wells class WILL be on.

All Classes back on
Classes fully back to normal after the break.
Going to start the syllabus from scratch so that those who want to take some gradings around March time can do so.
Tonight and tomorrow will be Knife slashes, Pre-emptive strikes (double punch & Groin strike), take down against swinging right punch into scarf hold, and knife threat under chin other hand with control, plus MMA drills, slomo fighting(!) strking combinations and a wee beasting.
Also have two copies of the book with print imperfections on the front cover, so cant sell these on Amazon etc therefore these are available to club members on a first come first served basis £10.
